These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of vehicoindia.com and the doorstep vehicle services provided by Vehico India (“Vehico”, “we”, “us”). By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Vehico provides doorstep repair and maintenance for two-wheelers (scooters, bikes, Royal Enfield) and cars within Gurugram & Delhi NCR. Certified mechanics travel to your location to inspect and service your vehicle. Service availability depends on location, mechanic availability and the nature of the issue.
Bookings
- You must provide accurate contact, location and vehicle details when booking.
- A booking is confirmed once acknowledged by our team via call, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
- We aim to reach you promptly, but response and completion times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, parts availability or other factors.
Pricing & Payment
- There is zero advance payment — you pay only after the service is completed.
- Quoted prices may change after physical inspection if additional work, spare parts or labour are required. Any such change will be communicated and approved by you before work proceeds.
- Spare parts are charged separately unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is due on completion via the accepted methods communicated at the time of service.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the vehicle and a suitable space for the mechanic to work.
- Disclose known issues and any prior repairs accurately.
- Remove personal valuables from the vehicle before service. Vehico is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
Warranty
Workmanship and genuine parts may carry a limited warranty as communicated at the time of service. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or issues unrelated to the work performed.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vehico’s liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for pre-existing faults not identified during the service.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on vehicoindia.com, including the Vehico name, logo, text and design, is owned by Vehico India and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Vehico India operates across Gurugram & the Delhi NCR region, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
